Rennie’s favourite theme is STAMINA. Finding your ‘comfortable headspace whilst doing the uncomfortable’ is an unbeatable feeling and something you won’t find anywhere else. You know you’ll be working for prolonged periods of time, but doing it alongside fellow ROWBOTS makes it that much more achievable.

Pelé is a firm believer that where most people fall short in their fitness journeys is with their mindset. This shapes the way that he programmes, delivers, and motivates during each and every session in The Machine Room.

Master Trainer
Nickol’s passion for holistic health and all-round fitness means she tailors every workout to the needs of the individual. Her caring and motivating approach will help you smash your goals and become the best version of yourself, physically and mentally.
Nickol’s favourite theme is STAMINA because in life, when the going gets tough, we have no choice but to get tougher. STAMINA helps condition Nickol’s mindset, helping her understand that the pain is temporary and that we can all keep moving forward despite whatever challenges and obstacles life throws in our way!
Greta is a firm believer that we only get one go at this thing called life and it’s too short not to enjoy the process.
Greta believes that we only fulfil our true potential once we’ve stepped outside that comfort zone.
Greta’s favourite theme is #SwitchOn! After building up throughout the week #SwitchOn is the perfect opportunity to show yourself what you are capable of and to have some fun with it. After working through the themes during the week Switch On allows you to tackle, address and take what you need from that session.
Dan is a no-nonsense, get the job done trainer. He believes that you are who you think you are and that mindset is key.
He loves to push everyone above and beyond their perceived ‘limits’.
Fitness is not just to look good, it’s to feel good too.
Dan’s favourite theme is RESET because it’s the toughest of them all, pushing yourself to your absolute limits and getting deep in the pain cave.
With Danish and Nigerian roots, Uche is your international export coming to push you out of your comfort zone! With a background in basketball and American football, he is all about getting through the tough challenges together as a team. Uche will keep your energy high as he pushes you to new limits – if you are ready for a big challenge and big vibes come join him in The Machine Room!
Uche’s favourite theme is RESET because it’s one of the toughest. What you’ll learn is no matter how hard you fall you always have the chance to get back up and go again.
Matteo focuses on getting you fitter, faster and stronger whilst having a good time in the process. He is a firm believer that fitness starts with the mind and works its way outwards. His motto is “workout because you love your body, not because you hate it!” Matteo will have you working to your limits whilst instilling confidence in your abilities and bringing you the biggest tunes and energy to push you through.
Matteo’s favourite theme is SWITCH ON. He is a true believer of the connection between the mind and body, and loves how this class will teach you how to let loose and feel free, motivating you to have fun with your fitness goals and helping you realise how strong you really are!
Ria’s happy personality and positive outlook is reflected in her classes and coaching style; creating a welcoming, high energy atmosphere the minute you walk through the door. Encouraging you to test your limits, push yourself out of your comfort zone and reminding you that you have the strength within you to do so.

Ria’s favourite theme is RESET. No matter how much life throws at you, taking a step back can sometimes be the quickest way forward. It’s helps you to understand the importance of pushing to failure but also that there is ALWAYS opportunity to refocus and come back even stronger than before!
Spreading her infectious good energy and positivity, Amber strives to ensure you learn something every time you enter The Machine Room, with a strong focus on form, technique and working smartly.
After working and training as a professional dancer before transitioning into fitness full-time, she is prepped to help you discover exactly what your body is capable of if you believe in it, and also has years of experience in recovery and mobility training – building strong bodies for life.
Amber’s classes will always leave you with a huge smile on your face, feeling empowered, confident, and ready to tackle anything that may come your way.

Amélies favourite theme is ENERGY. She loves the combination of anaerobic rowing & lower body strength training. She values training efficiently, pushing heavy with your weights, and focusing on form & control.
With a background in professional rugby, Nick brings different ethos to ROWBOTS with a strong focus on technique and rehabilitation.
Whether you’re a top athlete or complete beginner, Nick will make sure you take your training to new levels and walk out of The Machine Room on cloud nine. There is nothing better than a room full of Rowbots taking themselves to new heights!
Nick’s favourite theme is CAPACITY. You never know what to expect and he loves the variety of cardio equipment! CAPACITY not only tests and builds your aerobic capacity, but crucially your mental capacity too! Alex Castro is an OG in the fitness industry.
Having coached for over 20 years, 10 of those as Master Trainer & Head of Programming , Alex is full of knowledge and experience.
He loves to fine tune technique, coaches with passion and is out to get the best from each and every client that enters The Machine Room.
Known for having an ‘engine’, Alex loves to push himself to the limit, motivating others to join him on this journey!
Alex’s favourite class is CAPACITY. Testing your mental strength as well as your physical strength is one of the most important obstacles in fitness, and CAPACITY provides that challenge in bucket loads!
Bringing positive energy, banging playlists and the occasional bit of bad dancing, FUN is the goal in Emily’s classes… but expect to work hard!
After working for almost a decade as an investment analyst, Emily found herself using exercise as a tool to fuel many long nights in the office, providing overall mental clarity. A career in fitness was the natural next step, and she found her passion in helping people find their own balance between work and play, and mental and physical fitness, to help you become the best version of yourself.
Her goal for every client is for them to walk out of The Machine Room feeling powerful and inspired, knowing that they smashed their expectations of what they are capable of, both physically and mentally, with the endorphin high you only get at ROWBOTS.
Emily’s favourite theme is RESET, because it provides the perfect space to challenge your beliefs around what your body is capable of. If you’re looking to crush a new PB split time or pick up a weight you didn’t know you could handle, this is the class to do it in.
Originally from from Norway, Maiken is keen to hit The Machine Room with some of her Viking energy!

Sophie’s extensive knowledge and experience in coaching strength and conditioning means she’s not only a world class motivator, but also focuses on performing moves correctly with a massive emphasis on form.
Her discipline towards training comes from her performer background, allowing her to push clients through their perceived mental barriers. If you want something you’ve never had before, you have to be willing to do something you’ve never done before! You’ll leave the class feeling inspired, sweaty and wanting more!

Mason’s main objective is to instil self belief amongst all of his clients – anything that you set your mind to is possible!
Approaching life with a glass half full mentality, Mason radiate positive energy and wants his classes to do the same. He’ll have you building physical and mental strength – whilst ensuring you have a smile on your face!
Mason’s favourite theme is CAPACITY. It gives you the opportunity to challenge what you think you’re capable of… smash those limiting belief systems and leave The Machine Room feeling ready to take on the world!
With a cheeky smile, a bit of banter and an encouraging coaching style for members to push hard, Jamie will ensure you leave his class feeling fantastic!
Jamie has been on the fitness scene since 2007 and has built a repertoire of skills and knowledge that he delivers within each and every class. He is a strong believer that to get the most out of any journey and pursuit, you must enjoy the process.
Jamie likes to actively encourage members to give their best, to look and push forwards, and to tell themselves that they can give that extra 1% more. You’ll be supported and guided from start to finish, both as a collective family in the Machine Room and individually when he knows you need that extra 1-2-1 time.
Jamie’s favourite theme is STAMINA – it’s a true test of understanding yourself when you have nowhere to hide. It will teach you to be honest with your thoughts and accountable with how you cope during the discomfort. “When the going gets tough, the tough get going” – when conditions become difficult, people with a strong character become more determined!
In-house Psychologist
Dr Arianna has an MSC in Clinical Dynamic Psychology, Master’s degree in Scientific Analysis of Non Verbal Behaviour and Facial Expressions, Master’s degree in Group Therapy and a Master’s degree in Couples Therapy and Humanistic Interpersonal-oriented Psychotherapeutic Training.
Dr Arianna follows a psychodynamic, humanistic and interpersonal approach to her psychology work. Her sessions provide a protected space where you can talk about anything you want, and feel heard and understood.

Technique Advisor
Ben is a former International Rower with the Great Britain Team and has 15+ years’ experience as a professional coach. Ben’s specialism is drawing out the best from every individual. As well as his extensive experience in rowing, Ben holds an honours degree in Leadership & Sports Psychology, training in Mindfulness-based CBT and is qualified in Cognitive-Behavioural Coaching. Ben works with our instructors to ensure trainers teach perfect technique and melding the physical, technical and mental components of our workouts – ensuring that the impact of the ROWBOTS experience lasts well beyond the class itself
